Rear Brake Line

I was removing the left rear connection between the solid line and the flexible line so I could replace the OEM rubber line with stainless lines and this happened. I didn't notice the solid line twisting until it was too late so I finished her off as once stressed it's no longer trustworthy. I know brake lines can be repaired, but in this case where there is no space how do I do it. Has anyone ever replaced one of these rear lines?

not hard to make if you have the correct flaring & bending tools and the knowledge on how to use them .....or...buy a new line from MINI, or find a car being parted out

I ordered a new line from mini. I’m not sure how to repair the
broken one. It’s such a small space. Do you know what type of flare it is? Double or bubble flare? Maybe with my head back in the game today I can find a solution. Seems I have to take half the car apart no matter what the best nswer might be.

Rear brake lines

It looks like both fittings are a bubble flare then. Now how to get those lines in place without taking half the car apart.
