R58 will not start

History - 2012 R58 JCW 40K miles

Three weeks ago I was driving, stopped at a light and when I started accelerating away the engine cut out and would not restart. I got codes that there was misfire on multiple cylinders. The felling was like the coils failed. Because I am a mini owner and I carry coils, I put two new in and it still would not crank.
I checked the Fuel and the HPFP is doing ok. I did not check the low pressure pump. Pressure on the rail is about 900 psi
I checked spark and don't seem have any. Relpaced the crank sensor, Cam sensor and fuses. Sent ECU for testing and it came back ok.
I have checked the timing with a timing tool and it has not slipped. Timing chain looks good.
I will check the low pressure pump tonight.

No oil in the coolant or vice versa.
Is there a relay that could have gone bad? I am at a loss.
