P115C Help

I got a CEL on my 2008 mini S. " P115C BMW - Mass or Volume Air Flow 'A' Air Mass Too Low Compared to Model". Searching the internet I see that it is usually caused by a leak in the high pressure side of the intake system.

Some of you may remember that not to long ago I had a code P2D50 "Knock sensor". I replaced the Knock sensor and the issue went away. In the course of replacing the sensor I removed the "Noise maker" and part of the high pressure intake going into the throttle body.

I will go over that whole thing this weekend to see if I just forgot to tighten a clamp or something came apart.

My question -- is it possible that this is a turbo issue? If so, how do I test it. The car seems to run fine -- even with the CEL. The only thing I noticed was a slight surge during acceleration.

Any suggestions appreciated. I will keep everyone informed what I find.

This was an easy one -- I guess the last guy to work on this forgot to tighten the clamp.
