2006 with IHKS manual control

I recently changed my cabin air filter and now the blower motor is constantly on,
it won't go off.

When in 0 position it still blows as in 1 position.

I searched and didn't come across any threads with this problem.

Could I have tripped something up while changing the filter?

I'm thinking it may be the resistor, but I thought I'd ask here and see if anybody could offer up any tips or troubleshooting help.
