Not enough info. Year, model, miles and most importantly, how old is the battery?

It is a 2012 mini cooper base it has 100,000 miles and the battery is new. I bought the car 6 months ago knowing about this problem a d still haven't figured it out. It was in a collision but all that seems to be wrong is that the fog light connections are ripped off.

look into the FRM module. it is located behind the driver kick panel. you might be able to replace it under warranty.
