Brake Caliper leaking

Good evening gentlemen. I am still working on my other issues as posted in another thread(Replacing timing belt next week) but in the meantime I am replacing my brake pads and rotors as well as installing steel lines. I started my right rear today and it was a pain. Rust everywhere. The benefits of living in Chicago I guess. The rotor retaining screw was stuck and stripped so I had to drill that out. Anyway, when I got to compressing the caliper it turned out I had the wrong tool(Thank you ECS tuning), so now my car is a paperweight and I'm on the bus for a few days until the correct tool arrives. All this long winded talk to get to this. When I was playing with the caliper and checking the boot it leaked quite a bit of fluid. I am doubting this is good so I am assuming I should replace it(The boot looked fine and no damage to the caliper, but tons of rust). Can someone confirm this? And if I replace one should I replace all? Right rear is the only one I have worked on so far.
