2005 mini Cooper S r53
​​​I noticed my boot was out of alignment , started with adjusting latch but did not help , noticed that passenger side boot almost hits body and driver side has large gap . Looked at hinges and noticed that driver side hinge bent .
​​​​​​Read somewhere that R56 hinges are the same but beefier can someone confirm , to get the hinges off is a pain in the azz !
