06 mcs hesitate during gentle acceleration

hi folks,

06 cooper s 178,000km.

on highway or at constant speed, if i gently accelerate, i fell that the car hesitate like there was a tennis ball Under the pedal ( .. yeah yeah, i checkd. and its all fine Under it loll) , and Under full throttle at low rpm, i can hear a slight pinking .

other than that no codes. drives fine, idling is stable..

to fix this , i recently changed : oïl ( liqui molly 5-30 + oïl filter ,colder spark plugs, coil, dt.bpv, k&n drop in air filter, 17% pulley. and planning on doing the fuel filter this weekend..

anything else comes in your mind?

tought it could be the harmonic ballancer.. or the tps having a weak spot ( but it does it at all pedal ranges. )

thanks for your help !!!

Moving you to the Stock Problems/Issues area.

Have you checked to see if you have any leaks around the throttle body/BPV area?

i made sure to clean / tight all bolts correectly. and the problem was present before i change the bpv ( the original one) so its the reason i changed it to a dt bpv.

i can double check during the weekend. i wouldnt thow a CEL ? if there was a leak?

I have something similar, but its been that way since I got the car used. It seems to be the pedal or throttle body with dead spots. I had a fellow MCS owner drive and he couldn't feel it but since I drive slower, I feel it.
