thanks guys new to board have a 2005 convert . sunroof and convert top inop . all fuses good switch for top red light does not even light up if i put 12v to sunroof and top motors manualy top will open and close any suggestions would be great . thanks rob

 

Are you sure the micro switches in the boot are engaged?

 

+1, there are two. One under the near side foot of the shelf and one in the near side boot hatch frame. The boot hatch switch is notoriously short. I've added a small adhesive backed chair foot pad to the boot hatch where it contacts the switch piston.
