Multiple electrical issues all at once

Hello all,
After re attaching a couple of corroded wires in the black connector beneath the interior fuse panel (I may have shorted one on the door frame!!) I now have the following problems...

All interior fuses are 13.8v apart from F5 which is 0.08v?

I have no central locking, no heater fan, no interior lighting, no headlights, no wipers on speed 1&2 although intermittent works!!

Can anyone help or have any ideas.. Thanks

The fuses would be reflecting the voltage of the battery so suggest you test the battery to record the voltage. F5 is from immoblizer control unit, what side of the fuse block are you testing?

If you had corroded wires I am wondering whether the BPM that controls all sorts of stuff and is located in the opposite foot well got wet. Car have a sunroof? The sunroof drain tubes get plugged and water leaks down into the foot wells.

What year car?

Thanks for the reply.
I probably haven't explained this very well..... all of the above were ok until I tried to 'fix' my sat nav and had a look at the fuse panel.
All the above items were fine until I reconnected the block back together.

I am testing the fuses inside the car... everyone gives 12.4V with engine off other than fuse 5 which shows 0.08V
I have tested each fuse slot (with and without) the blade fuses in situ.
Could this be a relay I have shorted or the BCU on the opposite panel?
I also cannot connect two different OBD readers (no power)

Anyone got WDS link that works?

Right chaps found the reason for my problems...

CONTACT CLEANER!!!

Unknown to me I used a contact cleaner on my connector blocks and fuse panel which contained silicon. It took an absolute age to dry so affected the resistance/voltage of the connections.

To remedy my problem I blasted everything with WD40 contact cleaner to remove the other stuff, then used a hair dryer to ensure everything was bone dry before reconnection.... Lesson Learned!!! hope this helps someone else... ensure your connections are bone dry before reconnection.

Oh and by the way I did leave the original stuff unconnected for 2 days before reconnection thinking it would all have evaporated.....NO...

When I took the fuse panel apart after 4 days the stuff was still liquid inside!!!!

Is it still okay or did it return? I'm struggling with a reoccurring problem that may hide for a week or two and return.
