There's a thread here somewhere.
If you can find them, get a pair of 24" wiper blade refills for $3 or $4. Cut one to the correct length, dismantle your blade & replace just the rubber part. You'll have 3 spares!
This works for most models.

That would be almost lifetime supply. See how cheap Mini can be to run.

Is this legit? Does it work as well as buying new ones? !!!

With a lot of imported cars I used to buy the refills from the dealer. The kit consists of just the rubber scrapers and two stainless spines for each scraper. Back in 2004 with the purchase of the Mini, I bought a bunch of consumables including wiper refills for front and back. Only this year I put the rear refill scraper on.
You cannot take a 24" refill and cut into three as the rubber scraper has features that the steel spines lache on. It is hard to describe and easier if you take one out and inspect it. The design allow the scraper to slide WRT the wiper bow so it can conform to the changes of the windshield curvature.
Now most aftermarket wiper blades come complete. In a store you seldom see the refills anymore.
