Complete Head Rebuild

I had the typical long idle, smoke out of the tailpipe syndrome. Took the car in and was recommended a full head rebuild. Here's some tear down pics.
Valve seals were toast. Carbon build in all the valve relief areas, it's almost flat. Only one picture of the valves as they all looked the same. Replacing
the oil drain hose and timing chain with tensioners. Only 85,5xx miles on the clock!

I got the car back yesterday. Exhaust seals and guides were my problem. Since we were in there we also replaced the timing chain and guides, turbo oil return hose, camshaft bolts, camshaft solenoid adjuster, new head bolts and gaskets. The head shop also did a full valve job. Car runs great and no more smoking.
