battery specs

I need a new battery for my 2nd gen 2008 R56S... not sure if ill be getting the OEM, so im out on the look for a new one. What specs should the new battery have in order to meet the needs?

Be careful when you mount the terminals - esp the negative clamp as it can appear tight but the mechanism can get jammed. Also, some aftermarket batteries have slightly smaller posts, which can drive your IBS crazy....including resetting your clock, calendar, tripmeter, etc at random times.
