Auto Start Stop isn't working

The Auto Start feature has stopped working, the motor never stops when the car is not moving. Could there be some issue that its not allowing it to operate?

Auto start/stop was on Gen2 in most parts of the world but not in the US. genik is in Europe.

In any case, NAM is a North American forum and you won't find much expertise here about a European feature that wasn't on the US model. Try a European forum like MINI2.com or TotalMini.com.
