I started having problems starting when it was run for a while. Then the wipers would come on every time I started. Now it will not start cold. I have taken the ignition switch apart and nothing out of the ordinary was present (on arcing or corrosion). Is there a fuse or relay I should be looking at? Help Please

Couple of questions, auto or manual? Will the car turn over if jumped? Have you tested the battery?

On the wipers, how big are you? I have good sized hands and if not careful will hit the wiper arm when I go to put the key into the switch.
