Need to pass emissions, no error on the stalk but the code I get from ODBII is p115c. From the forums, looks like a Throttle body is in need of replacement. Manual does it with intake off, so my question is...

Is​​​ The throttle body reasonably easy to replace with out taking off the intake manifold?

it is tight in there but it can be done. you have to try and worst case scenario you take the manifold out.
