Decided to change alternator

I posted earlier about a problem with my new battery charging. I checked it again this morning and the alternator has output for a few minutes then quits. I decided to try to remove the alternator however I can not get the front radiator and bumper to slide into the maintenance position. everything is disconnected per the manual. I can feel the lower braces are free, fender bolts are removed and everything is free on top, what am i missing, it wont budge.

Check out the below Vid by ModMini, notice how Mod and God are very similar, and then get back with us on questions. Radiator only "slides" out if you have a longer bolt to put in so that it will.

Thanks for the video but I have a 2007 non turbo, it is totally different. You are supposed to be able to just slide everything forward about 2 inches.

Thanks for the utube hint, I was able to search for a video for the R56, found the Bentley book missed a very important step, removing the bumper carrier nuts. I'll let you know how that works out.

Going to move this to the Gen2 area. I had to double check as I thought the original post was in the Gen1 area but I did not look at your signature.
