Help Identify Noise

I'm thinking bad ball joint? All from the right side passenger tire. I turn left or right, the sound is made.

My ears are on the downhill run, I heard allot of groaning and some snaps. If the tie rods are loose you should be able to tell by jacking the car up and seeing if there is play. How many miles on the car?

Going to be putting it up on jacks today. It has 98K miles on it.
