Normal voltage for WG / BOV solenoids?

Does anyone know what is the nominal supply voltage for the wastegate and blow-off valve solenoids?

I am assuming 12 volts since that's standard coil voltage for most automotive pneumatic solenoids and the ECU connects the other side to ground.

The other items on the same ECU pin are:
MAF, VANOS solenoid and fuel purge solenoid

The factory technical service manual (at least the AllData version of it that I'm working from) has no data on the various normal pin voltages or it's not organized in such a manner that I can find it.

I'm used to having this information from my other vehicles (Honda/Mazda) and puzzled as to why BMW/Mini did not include this for diagnosis.

The same ECU pin supplies voltage to a number of devices. I believe that output on my ECU has failed. Sometimes it is 3.3V, sometimes 5V and I have once seen it at 12V.
