Help with OBC diagnostic codes

I recently acquired a 2009 R56 and I need help in figuring out what the codes mean. My half yellow CEL comes on when I hit about 4500 RPM, but when plugged into a reader it pulls no codes, even on a Launch scanner. I went into the on board computer menu and looked at the diagnostic codes and it came back with 2 errors. If anyone could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!!

is it intermittent? also what is the repair/service history of the car? lastly, get readings from other modules if you can like SPEG or CAS.

Its not very intermittent. It comes on when I have the throttle to the floor and it goes above 4500-5000RPM. it has a decently well maintained service history. It just rolled over 90k miles the other day. I'll check the other codes later when I'm off work.
