Broken Hydraulic Lash Adjuster, the plastic clip

anyone know of a source for these other than disassembly a neon lash adjuster for the plastic clip?

One of mine was found in the oil pan, car does not seem to care I think they function as a splash shield and to ease assembly I dont think the tip can come out once assembled as the clearance is pretty tight

I have a lifter on order for a 3.5L dodge intrepid supposed to be the same part

I'm surprised dodge does not have these stupid splash shield clip things as a separate part

I have worked on a 2.7 Intrepid engine. Water pump is inside the motor. Working on a Mini can sometimes be trying but god I hated working on that 2.7 engine.
