I have a strange situation with my blower on my 2009 Clubman. When I turn it on (it doesn't matter if it's A/C, heat or just fan) it will blow hard for about 30 seconds and then it will start to slow down until it's bairly blowing at all. It never stops completely, but it's pretty useless. I removed the cabin air filter and spun the blower by hand to see if it was bound up, but it isn't. Has anyone had this issue? I'm wondering if it could be the resistor. Thanks!

 

It looks likes it's the motor alright. I changed the resistor and it does the same thing. Must be the motor...
