Valve crankcase membrane/ventilation replacement. How?

I'm trying to replace this membrane:

But the cover doesn't come out. Anyone here made the replacement? What is the trick to take that cover off?

The car is whistling when it is cold in neutral. The noise stops immediately after removing the oil filling cap or the dipstick. I can feel positive pressure coming out when the cap is off. My first shot is replace that membrane.

My car is a Cooper S 2012 (R56 / N18)

Anyone can help me? I can't see what I'm doing wrong. If I apply more force it will break

Ps.: sorry for my english i'm not a native english speaker
