R55 Exhaust Flex-Joint

I think the flex joint on my OEM R55 exhaust has a hole Too bad, because the exhaust is all one piece!

What are my options?

I pulled my exhaust and took it to a shop who was willing to weld it for me. Can't remember what he charged, but it wasn't much....he even loaned me his pickup to haul it. Didn't look pretty, but it worked.

edit: the leak was at the front of the flex pipe - the seam where it mated to the "hard" pipe that attached to the downpipe

Mine "appears" to be in a similar position There is a small, black, sooty spot there on the bottom side of the pipe. I am going to try and live with it as long as I can. Maybe I can save some monies and get a Milltek system next year to replace it...
