Drivetrain Noise?

I have a noise that sounds a lot like a worn wheel hub...but is not, as I replaced all of the hubs and the noise did not go away. I hear it more in the car than when the windows are down. I hear it as low speed and it increases with turns. I do not see feathering or cupping of the tires. I brought it to my SA attention when getting other service and was told that they saw tire wear (I think they did not check the noise)

I have a 2005 S, Manual with LSD with 120K on the clock. I changed the Dif oil about 40K ago with redline mtl 75w80 but I did the same on my wife's 2006 (same set-up) and she does not have noise.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Tires will make the noise that you describe.Run your hand over the tread on the inside edge.If its uneven there is the source.
