I had P2270/P0137/P0141 faults on previously. I replaced turbo with a frankenturbo (not because of faults of course, but other issues). I was hoping this would make the faults go away too. The P0141 kept coming back so I replaced the O2 sensor with a Bosch unit (lower sensor) Now every 4-5 days the fault will come back. Any thoughts?

Update after a few months of this I replaced the sensor again (under warranty) thinking maybe I got a bad one. I'm still getting the P0141 every other day or so.
