So, I did something stupid replacing the clutch...

I forgot to remove the key from the ignition and lock the steering wheel before I dropped the subframe and disconnected the steering column from the steering rack.

And when putting it back on, I did the really stupid thing and twisted it around a few times to match up the steering column. My mechannic buddy is telling me I'll probably ruin the clockspring in there if I don't get the wheel centered.

Tried looking through my Bentley service manual, but can't find anything about how to center the wheel like that. Anyone know how I should do it? Sorta freaking out about it... Thanks!
