difficulty in first startup engine in the morning

As in it starts, runs lumpily for a little bit then stalls? Or you just have to crank for ages?
Problem the first can be caused by the fuel grade you run. A whole lot of us over here Down Under are having problems with ultra premium fuels (98 RON. I am guessing your 93 (RON+MON)/2) causing this. Switching back to mid grade (Our 95, your 91?) seems to fix it.
Problem the second is probably electrical. Change your spark plugs, check your coil pack and leads, ensure there are no loose ground or power wires and get your battery tested.
Or it could be cold. I live on the Tropic of Capricorn (Roughly the same weather / latitude absolute value as Hawaii) so don't know anything about that.

Video seems like normal operation to me. Is that what it usually does?
One other thing I noticed is that you already have the lights turned on when you go to start the engine (noted by the tach being lit up). Not a horrible thing, but that puts an extra strain on the battery power when all battery power should be going to the starter at that moment. Try starting it with the lights turned off; see if there's any difference.

Out at work with dodge reception, but are you saying you get in, turn the key all the way to start, and it waits then starts the car?
Mine does that. Everything seems to work better if I go to on, wait for a few seconds for the fuel pump to prime, then turn to start.

I tend to agree. No idea what car (system) you're used to, yyj3869, but if there's any delay I'm not noting from your videos, it's extremely short. The fuel pump does take a split-second to pressurize the fuel system. Your starter seems to begin turning immediately... I don't see a problem.

I bought this car from NAM member and don't know when fuel filter was replaced.. currently replaced plugs (old one was okay) and coil looks like brand new. yeah engine runs fine after start.

That is what mine does on the Super premium fuel. Lots of people having problems with it.
Could also be because you just run straight through to start. Electronics have come a long way in 14 years! Turn to on, wait for the fuel pump to stop pumping, go to start. Takes all of 2 seconds longer and makes a big difference in my car. My Wife has starting problems whenever she drives and I don't.

It happens at least 3 times in a week when first startup.
after a mile driven and stopped at red signal and put in neutral, this is exactly what I experienced below
rpm was little down around 550-600 and car was little vibrating.
i felt my car will be dead soon. once i press gas, it sound normal. car in video is not my car.
