Front Brake Pad Sensor, connection disintergrated :-(

When I was replacing the Pads and Rotors this weekend I had an issued replacing the front brake pad sensor. The plastic round connection in the wheel well fell apart :-( Can this be replaced easily or do I just need to live with having the brake bad sensor light on all the time?

Thanks !

If you check your car once in a while and don't care about the sensor, you can just join both wires together.

I connected the wires together but the light will not reset.

The round socket that connects the new brake pad sensor cable is near the wheel speed sensor connection behind the wheel-well splash shield crumbled.
