Over the weekend did a RMW Cam, Tune and 450 injectors. Getting P1685 (Electronic Throttle Control Monitor 2/3 Clutch Torque Max) fault code, not all the time but have not driven once since that the code has not come up.

I have checked the crank pulley (it is tight and does not move in upon force of pressure), the BPV (the linkage can be pushed and the spring in the solenoid will pull it back) and the Throttle Body (cleaned it and put some dielectric grease on the plug connections). Still get the code when letting off the gas peddle and the revs are down in the 1100 RPM range. Low revs do not always trip the code but it does appear that low revs and slight bump can. Just driving over the 1" step at the garage door that keeps the rain from running back in has tripped the code twice. No issues with high revs (and with the tune and parts I sure like the high revs).

I am going to a leak test on the boost system tomorrow.

Anybody had this type of issue??
