Have had some issues with my power assisting not kicking in when I first start Wini the Mini up. Anyone else had this problem?

 

I am fighting with this lately. Powersteering does not kick in. Restart and works. Powersteering dies and restart makes it work again. I had a seized fan that was replaced along with a flush o fluid. Now after a while the problem came back. I will let the pump die a slow an painful death and then I will replace it.
