Possible coolant leak

Hi, so yesterday the temperature light came on while on the FWY, first the yellow, then 5 seconds later, the red one, exited fwy, popped the hood, and the coolant reservoir was empty
Took this picture today thinking there must be a leak somewhere, and sure enough there was some coolant on top of this thing. Any ideas of where the leak may be coming from?? I'm hoping it's one of those hoses.

If I'm not mistaken, that looks like the heat exchanger for the automatic transmission fluid to the engine cooling system. Maybe there's a seal going bad with it, or possibly something above it that is dripping. Just a guess as I have the 6 speed.

I've never seen a leak from that heat exchanger, but anything is possible.

I'd moreso say your thermostat is failed. Get a pressure tester on the system and see where the leak originates.

We've got a whole stack of thermostats on hand if you end up needing one, but do the diagnostic first so you're spending money on the right part the first time.
