Hiya

I've unblocked the rear washer by blowing air back towards the washer bottle removing all the debris.

However the small O ring that seals the cover to the shaft has fallen to bits.

Its not available from BMW as a separate item and either comes with the cover or motor.

does anyone have any idea what size it is ?

Not sure where you live. In California we have Ace Hardware and they have a variety of "O" ring sizes and thicknesses. May just have to get a few until one works. They're cheap.
