So I start up my car today, get about 10 feet down the road and suddenly I get a vibration that is propagating throughout the car so badly I thought I actually had a flat. Turns out it's when I fire up the heater blower on the highest two settings. It's not the engine, definitely the heater. Any thoughts on this? It's a 2013 but I'm only at 20,500 miles.
