P0304 Misfire - Swapping Injectors
Update,
There were a couple damaged exhaust valves. So the dealership replaced all eight and all $eem$ well for now. Hoping this is the last of major repairs for sometime, as I had to replace my turbo last year.

I am new to the Forum and don't know how to post an actual topic so I am replying here. I have a similar problem.... driving a 2012 Mini Cooper with 91K. Originally, the car was driving rough and the engine light came on. I took it to the mechanic and my car had no code history nor did any code pop up. I drove it back home and the car worked for about a week until the issue happened again.
This time when I tried to drive it to my mechanic, the car barely started so I had it towed. They changed 2 engine coils. The engine light came BACK on and they replaced all spark plugs. The car seemed fine driving it the next day and on my way home from work, the car started idling a bit and the engine light is back on. Help!!
Mini dealership said it may need a coolant flush? Any ideas on what could be the issue? It's been kept in good condition and had all regular maintenance.

Mine’s a 2012 Cooper S. 45k miles. Just had to replace an ignition coil. I did the spark plugs a few months ago.
Next thing to check, read the codes of course, but maybe you have some carbon build up. Less likely is bad gas, bad injectors or fuel pump. Could always make sure the mechanic put in the coils correctly(tight) and same with spark plugs

+1 On checking the coils. You can also try this yourself - swap the new coils out with the old ones.

My car is also well maintained. I change the oil every 5K miles, and is dealer serviced.
