#2 misfire (Coolant on plug possibly)

2003 Mini cooper S 140k . SC pulley, alta intake

so I pulled my number 2 plug after it was misfiring. The plug was extremely wet with what seems to be coolant and burnt black subtance( Oil or possibly burnt coolant?) I clean the plug run it again and works for a bit then after another restart cycle the plug is fouled again and the #2 misfire starts. I check the spark seals, valve cover gasket, coil, wires, fuel injectors were swapped over #2 to #3.

Currently the car is sitting in a storage unit as a head gasket repair is looking to be about 1100-1500$ depending on the condition of head.

IS there something I am missing?... any help would surely be appreciated.

Have you done a compression test yet?

Extremely wet and misfires on a certain cylinder may lead me to believe you have low or no compression on said cylinder.
