Hello everyone! This week I discovered a problem that has my Mini off the road until I can get it fixed. The bolt that is used as the fulcrum point, when changing the serpentine belt, has backed out and is now gone. I have no idea where I lost it, but I need a replacement and I can't find the specifications on it anywhere. All I know is that it is a 16mm. Anybody know more about this bolt or where I may get a replacement?

That will give you the BMW part number. You can get it from the dealer or match it with something from a retail outlet. It says it is an M10 bolt that is 70mm long.

No problem. I guessed on the year, but unless your is a really early model it has not changed. (I used a 2004 manufactured in July).
