Exterior 'C' pillar removal.

Hi Guy's,
I was washing my 2013 FJCW on Sunday and I noticed the top corner of the C pillar was loose.
Do any of you know how it's removed?
I know it's held on with three plastic clips behind the panel and some foam tape.
I just don't know how the thing comes off.
It's the drivers side.....here in the UK.
Passenger side for you guy's!

Were you able to figure out how to remove the c-pillar trim cover? I noticed that my 2015 F56 has hairline cracks in both the left and right side covers.

Hi,
I got mine repaired under warranty, so I can't explain how it's removed.
I have heard that it just 'pulls off' from the rear with the tail gate open.
Sorry I can't be more useful!

Looks like there's three expandable plastic rivets that hold the pillar on. Check out the pics:

Comparing the pictures of the part to the installed part on my car, it looks like the leading edge of the part must slide in under the side window, while the top and bottom of the part are beneath the roof trim and and belt molding, respectively.

I do not know whether these additional trim pieces need to be removed to install the pillar cover - in which case a trip to a body shop or dealer may be my best choice
