Radiator Question

Hi, I just replaced my radiator on my 2005 MCS. I Have yet to fill it with fluid. I was wondering if I can just pour it straight in and start the car or if i need to do anything special. Any help will be great

Check out our coolant change article on our site under MINI > Tech Info (tab at top), water cooling, Coolant Change. Since you removed coolant from the system you'll want to bleed the system. At this time, it may be a good idea to do a coolant change if you haven't done one in a while. Make sure you're using MINI blue coolant 50/50 mixture with distilled water. Let me know if you have any questions

you will need to mix it 50/50 with distilled water. You will also need the specific fluid , recommend the MINI blue coolant as that's whats most likely in there before.
