P2096 code after brake cleaning my map sensor

First of all, i think it was a stupid idea to brake clean the map sensor. I read some people didn't have a problem so I decided to try it.

I did it to fix my rough idle issue, which i think it did since it has yet to come back yet, but a day after I've got a P2096 code which translates to "P2096 Code Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1"

At this point should i get a new map sensor and reset the code? or is there a cheaper solution? If I reset the code, would disconnecting the battery for 1/2 hour be good enough or do I need a special tool to do it?

What did you clean it with??
You need an odb2 reader the clear the code...and hopefully an VERY GOOD PRO version to reset adaptations... ..
Don't think the code Is from a map issue...

brake clean

I just thought it would be related because the map sensor was previously dirty. Cleaning it allow it to read more air hence the reason why it reads lean?

Or am I just high thinking that's how it works? lol

I read around other forums and they said I might not need an ecu adaptation to get rid of the code? I just have to run about 5 cycles and if the problem is fixed then the code will be gone.
