I have an 04 R50 with the OBC. The outside temp has worked fine without fail. Today, I replaced the steering wheel which has the multi-function controls and had the battery disconnected for about 20 minutes. When I hooked it back up, the temp read -37. Does it just take a while for it to reset itself or is there something I need to do.

Yes it takes a little for it to adjust to the proper temp. They do that on purpose so the temp doesn't jump up and down real fast if you drive over a cold river or something.
