DYI Supercharger rebuild???
I'd like to hear from anyone who has rebuilt their own supercharger, ie seals and bearings. While the SC is not complicated I question the quality of the parts that are often found on eBay etc.
My gears are still fine "for now" but the seals are letting the oil get sucked into the blower. 15K ago I cleaned and refilled the water pump side gear box of the SC. I'm willing to bet I'm getting close to having to have it serviced, unless I rebuild myself. 185K on the SC
Like to hear the good and bad as well as a good source for quality parts.
