Strange Noise From Front Passenger Side!Help Desperately Needed!

Hello everyone,

I have a 06 Cooper S JCW, love the car but something strange happened this week. I was driving home one day and noticed a strange clunking noise from right front wheel, didn't find anything strange underneath the car. I took it to firestone because they are the only shop open on Saturday, they charged me $457 for a wheel bearing but the noise is still there.
The volume of noise didn't vary with speed but it was more frequent when I speed up. I talked to the mechanic who installed the wheel bearing on my car and he suggested to look into the rotor and CV boot. He said he did jacked front wheels up and put gear into 1st, no noise was heard but he did notice rust on the edge of the rotors.
I drove to an empty parking lot and made a video about it. One thing I noticed was the noise did not change no matter I turn left or right. I'm really tore right now, anyone have suggestions on where I should look into next?

Here is the video I made:
