Is my MAP sensor shorted?

Hey guys so I had my clutch changed a month ago, and when I got the car back I noticed it had idling issues. It would then go into limp mode several times and throw up a throttle body code intermittent stuck etc.

upon inspection on the wiring harness, I noticed that the two wires going to the fuel tank breather were shorting. I fixed them but the problem still continued. I then replaced the fuel tank breather, and that stopped the throttle body limp mode issues but still had a rough idle and burning fuel.

I decided to do a test on MAP sensor (key on engine off). Three wires one gave 4.9v the other was somewhere around 3.5v and the other was zero (ground).

I didn't have a vacuum pump to suck pressure, so did the next best thing and used my lungs whilst back probing the the 5v line. I sucked as hard as I could and the voltage didn't drop. I figured my lungs weren't strong enough, so I decided to see if I plug it into the intake manifold if the vacuum from manifold would drop the voltage. The voltage never dropped it sat around 5v - 5.2V at idle and revs past 3k rpm.

So my question is did the MAP SENSOR get shorted when the wires touched on the the fuel tank breather, or could the Pressure Convertor be the one thats shorted, and not creating vacuum?

Also replaced spark plugs and fuel filter.
