Was doing some repairs today, and found what looks to be a leaking AC condenser. Anyone else had their condenser look like this?

I'm thinking it should be pretty quick and easy to fix - evacuate system, replace condenser and seals, have a shop run a vacuum in the system for a while and then recharge. Anything I'm missing?

 

Oops, just realized this in the wrong place. Mods, please move this to stock problems if you find it.
