How far should the clutch fork move?

I'm having clutch issues on my R53 with the clutch not fully disengaging and at this point I'm thinking it's a throw out bearing, but before I start taking everything apart I was hoping to get some extra input.

I replaced the slave cylinder and have bled it 3-4 times, but still no change in the clutch action. I took this video of the cylinder when I press on the clutch, can someone confirm if it looks like it has the right amount of action?
