Heated seats not working

I have an issue with the drivers side heated seat in my Clubman S.
I press the button for the heated seat and it will light up for 3 seconds (I've timed it) then turn off. The heated seat does not go on. After the light goes off, no matter how many more times I press the button for the heated seat, it doesn't light up and the seat doesn't get warm. I took it to the dealer and they said it was a faulty module. So they replaced it. I paid for the module and the work, and when they gave me the keys to my car, I tried the heated seat and had the same issue. I guess it wasn't the module. What is going on with my seat?

The work should be covered under a 2 year warranty. I'd take it back in. Unfortunately, if it's a cheaper fix, they never seem to refund for the over charge

I'm hoping you walked right back inside and was like "uh...guys...WTF?" They would have caught a nice little bit of hell from me if I were you...I have no idea what you paid for the "repair" but I'm pretty sure it wasn't cheap by any means.

As far as what's going wrong, my guess is there's a short in the wiring under the seat. Does the passenger's heated seat work properly?

Similar thing happened to my 2009 Clubman S.....the dealer replaced the seat heater for about $600. If i remember correctly, the lights on my switch would light up but the seat would not heat at all.
