Hello,
I have a new mini cooper with approx. 1500 miles. I have noticed, on occasion, a click or pop that seems to be coming from the wheel areas (front and back) when I brake. It doesnt happen ever time, but enough that I worry if something is wrong.

I dont know if my car is just new and something is still breaking in, or if there is a problem. Does anyone else hear a pop or click occasionally while braking?

 

Turn up the HK. That will drown it out.

 

My 04 MCS does it from time to time. I think its the front pads moving in the calipers.
