Leak down test requested but Pressure test done

Hey guys, so I've been having this issue for the last few days smoke when idling white smoke plumes of the stuff.. was also losing oil, anyway got someone to come out and do a leak down test but instead he did a pressure test which I wasn't too pleased with as I paid him for a leak down test but anyway these were the findings.

Please note his machine readout was in BAR

Cylinder 1- 9.8 Bar
Cylinder 2- 9.5 Bar
Cylinder 3- 9.4 Bar
Cylinder 4- 8.5 Bar

This was done with the car being cranked and peddle right down to the ground.

He decided to pour oil in cylinder 4 only and it jumped to 12.7 Bar

In psi if the online conversion websites are correct

cylinder 1 - 142psi
cylinder 2 - 137psi
cylinder 3 - 136psi
cylinder 4 - 123psi

And cylinder 4 on the wet test is showing 184

I am seeing a conversion website that gives a different figure for bar to psi based on bar relative to vacuum and psi relative to atmosphere.

those numbers converted

cylinder 1- 127
cylinder 2- 123
cylinder 3- 121
cylinder 4- 108

I am not sure which of those to take as the gospel but I guess in conclusion we can safely say most of the cylinders seals are gone? the guy that did the test was sorry to say useless to say the least and didn't even explain much, as I pointed out I requested a leak down test but he was like well this is conclusive enough.

So if anyone can point me in the direction of what is required on this rebuild gasket kits etc, and keeping it at the bare minimum as the car was just about to be sold.

Also could this explain the half engine power that the car was giving me?

This rebuild will probably only happen a month from now, but in the meantime I have heard that putting in a thicker oil should stop the smoking as it wont pass the rings that easily as its doing with synthetic oil. I understand the risk involved with thicker oils but I am in climate that the temperature day and night are around 95 degrees, have you guys got any recommendations of any thickness of oils that at a max this engine can take without causing too much damage, I dont drive the car much its short trips as well.
