Airbag light on dash 93d7 error and c241

I've used INPA to look at the module and it communicated fine. I have read the inputs and all seem to be/change to the correct state except the rear belt pretensioners(do they exist??) I have not been able to get them (both sides pass rear and drivers rear) to enable but they do show they are coded. They show 12.xx ohm(from memory) resistance where all the other devices show around 3-4ohm reading in INPA.
Any help would be greatly appreciated before taking it to the dealer.
